About Us

Ashleigh joined the insurance world in 2014 and quickly found a passion for helping people.  She worked as a captive agent for multiple agencies and the business soon expanded to the point where Cory decided to leave his job and fully jump on board with her in 2018.  Everything was going well except they both felt that they couldn't meet all the needs of their clients so they decided to build our independent agency in 2022.   Since then they've grown exponentially and now several more people have joined the Unity 1st Insurance team and are doing great things for clients daily!
