About the Role
We are looking for someone who with high emotional intelligence and the ability to develop strong long-lasting relationships with our clients. As a client service manager, you will communicate effectively with clients daily. You will service each renewal as it comes up as well as complete policy changes as needed for clients. You will do this by building strong relationships with these clients.
You must be able to do the following:
• Communicate effectively with clients
• Always maintain a positive and welcoming attitude
• Stay on task until your work is completed while managing distractions as clients call in for servicing
• Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when needed when servicing renewals
• Maintain all insurance documents in a confidential way and keep records of your transactions with clients and potential clients
• Maintain all insurance licenses and remain fully licensed during your employment
You will be paid base pay of $26,000 and commissions based on any new business you bring into the agency.
Requirements
Must have your current Property & Casualty License in Nebraska and Iowa.
2 years of experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Able to manage your own schedule and have a strong work ethic.
Able to complete a background check.
Basic computer knowledge including, but not limited to Microsoft products.
Proven ability to work with goals.
Experience in creating long-lasting relationships.
